Policies and Procedures

**All rates are subject to audit after reservation completion; to include actual toll charges, parking fees, additional stops requested & wait time, etc. Fares include a 20% gratuity to the driver. Additional gratuities are always appreciated and are solely at your discretion.

Hourly charters are billed for the full amount of the initial reservation, even if you relieve the Chauffer from service earlier than initially booked.  Hourly charters that exceed the initial reservation will be billed in 30-minute increments at the Vehicle Hourly Rate.

Direct transfers have a 10-minute grace period at pick-up (excluding airport pick-ups); if you exceed the grace period, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments equal to the Vehicle Hourly Rate.

By utilizing M&M Airport and Car Service, Inc. you authorize your credit card to be charged in accordance with M&M Airport Service rates, policies and terms.

Locating your Chauffeur:  If you cannot locate the chauffeur, immediately call 561 488-6014.  We will direct you; failure to call us will result in you being charged in full as a no-show.

Airport Pick-Ups:  Your chauffeur will contact you via the passenger number listed on your confirmation unless meet and greet service is requested at time of reservation.

Airport Wait Time: M&M Airport Service provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time on each reservation to deplane and obtain luggage.  If you should exceed the 30 minutes, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments equal to the Vehicle Hourly Rate.

Port Wait Time: 
M&M Airport Service
provides 30 minutes of free wait time with your port fee.  If you should exceed the 30 minutes, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments equal to the Vehicle Hourly Rate.

No-Show Policy: Domestic Arrivals – You will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes past your actual flight arrival or scheduled pick-up time; whichever is later.  If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation.  We update all flight arrivals if a correct flight number is provided.

International Arrivals:  You will be considered a no-show at 2 hours past your actual flight arrival or scheduled pick-up time; whichever is later.  If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation plus 1.5 hours wait time.  We update all flight arrivals if a correct flight number is provided.

Port Arrivals: You will be considered a no-show at 1 hour past your scheduled pick-up time.  If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation plus 30 minutes wait time.

Change Policy: 
M&M Airport Service requires that all changes be received by phone to 561 488-6014.requires that all changes be received by phone to (561) 488-6014.
(Changes cannot be made with your driver) a minimum of 3 hours prior to pick-up.  Reservation changes are subject to availability.  If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the reservation.

Service Issues: Concerns must be reported within 24 hours to (561) 488-6014.
