Our Airport Departure Services
Airport Departure Service is simply taking you to the airport. When you schedule your pickup time for departure, note that for a domestic flight you have to be at the airport at least 1 hour prior to the flight and 2 hours minimum for the International flight. Please remember Miami traffic is unpredictable especially on Friday afternoon and evening. There is a 15 minute grace period from the scheduled pick up time. Any waiting time beyond that will be charged at the vehicle wait time hourly rate plus Chauffeur gratuity.
Our Airport Arrival Services
Airport Arrival Service is meeting your arriving flight and giving you a ride from the airport. Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight estimated arrival time provided by the airline automated flight tracking system. For the assurance purpose, we are expecting to hear from you within the 15 minutes after the actual gate arrival time. If you need extra time please call us at 800-634-7890. Your vehicle will be released and the reservation converted to a No-Show if there is no contact from you 45 minutes after the gate time (Domestic flights). A Waiting Charge May Apply.

On Approach – Curbside Pickup Option
When your plane lands expect an email or text message to your cell phone with the Chauffeur’s contact information. When you are ready with your luggage at the curb, contact your Chauffeur who is in a special waiting area provided by the Airport. Your Chauffeur will pull up in front of the baggage area for your arriving airline. Enjoy your trip with Captains-M&M.
Meet and Greet – West Palm Beach Airport (PBI)
Upon arrival your chauffeur will be at the bottom of the escalator with a personalized sign. After helping you with the luggage your Chauffeur will escort you to the vehicle. There is an additional charge for this service. Enjoy your trip with Captains-M&M.
Wheel Chair
Upon arrival your Chauffeur will be at the elevator with a personalized sign. After helping you with the luggage your Chauffeur will escort you to the vehicle. There is an additional charge for this service. Enjoy your trip with Captains-M&M.
